School fees are payable at the school office on all working days between 8 am – 12 noon.

Fees will be collected in 4 installments for quarters consisting of 3 months. Fees are collected for the :

I Quarter from 1st to 25th April (April, May, June)

II Quarter from 1st to 25th July (July, Aug, Sept)

III Quarter from 1st to 25th October (Oct, Nov, Dec)

IV Quarter from 1st to 25th January (Jan, Feb, Mar)

 

Those who do not pay the fees by within the due dates will be charged a fine of Rs 50/- per month. All accounts for the term must be settled in full before the beginning of the examination. If the accounts are not satisfactorily balanced, the pupils will not be allowed to appear for the examination and academic reports will not be sent and the names will be struck off from the rolls.

Fees are chargeable for all 12 months.

School fees are subject to revision and shall be binding on all as and when such revisions are made.

A fine of Rs 50/- will be levied for duplicate fee card. Parents will kindly save the receipts issued to them in proof of payment, if needed.
